Michael L. Akanbi

CEO


Michael Lamidi Akanbi, is a seasoned professional with versatile experience across Oil, Gas, Engineering, Marketing, Manufacturing, Consulting and Training. He holds a first degree in Engineering from the University of Lagos and an MBA- Marketing research from the prestigious Rome business school Italy and various other Professional Certifications.


He started his career as delivery schedule supervisor at a chemical and allied products plants and rose to the position of deport manager and gained experience in product designs, marketing and delivery scheduling.


He went on to work for the European runway engineering company Corex, Italia in Ancona, Italy. Within this period, his engineering background plus a good knowledge of key players in both public and private sector in the oil rich southern states of Nigeria, Niger delta, led him to look towards home to initiate the conceptualization of bayelsa airports initial design and helped open talks with SACE for the Italian governments funding of the states International cargo Airport. He also worked as the communities liaison team leader on the cargo airport project worth 500 million euros. He has since then consulted on many local/international project designs and completion at various levels creating investments opportunities for PPP projects across board. He is currently the Executive Director of Operations at 365 Energy Tech Solutions Ltd (an O and G Tech Solutions Company).


He is a founding partner of the board of Clean Offshore Energy.

Ayobiyi Shote

Vice Chairman


Ayobiyi Shote is a former Managing Director of Baker Hughes Incorporated, West Africa and is known for his leadership skills & strategies which have contributed to the growth of the organizations he has been a part of.


He has a first degree in Engineering, an MBA from University of Liverpool and a Masters in 'Leading Innovation & Change' from York St John University,


With a background in Engineering, he has over 19 years of cumulative experience in the global oil and gas industry, spanning Sales, Marketing, Applications Engineering, Operations, and Strategic Management.

Adefemi Wilson

Director of Technical Services


Adefemi Wilson started his career in the Oil and Gas industry in 1988 as a Logging Geologist with Baroid Logging System which later became Baroid Sperry-Sun Logging System.


From 1995 to 2016, he served as Running CoPilot Tools (Drilling Optimization) in Baker Hughes operations.


He excelled in the high-risk/high-reward environment and moved into supervising high pressure operations internationally by 2009, where he maintained an excellent track record of completing critical operations.

Joyce Bassey

Director of Finance


Joyce Bassey is a diligent and resourceful Chartered Accountant with both local and international corporate experience.


She is an accounting graduate from Yaba College of Technology, Lagos and holds an MBA (Entrepreneurship) from London Metropolitan School of Business & Management.


She has over 24 years experience in Oil & Gas, finance, business & project management, banking, audit and accounting. Joyce is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA, ICAN), Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) and a number of renowned international bodies notably SCRUM Project Management Professional (VM Edu, Texas), Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE, Canada) and a number of other professional bodies.


Osaro Saka Gomba

Director Engineering Design and Fabrication


Has been the team lead of eforgo Engineering limited. He started his career in the Nigerian construction and Fabrication Industry since 2004 after graduating as top student, studied and conferred with B TECH honors in mechanical engineering.


He is an all round professional and has lead key national projects: -


Nigerian Gas Recovery Project: equipment /vessels installation and alignment,


Dangote Refinery project: Pipes/ Tank farm Fabrication and connection, pipe support Fabrication, tanks Erection.


Nigerian Independent power project: steel structural Fabrication and installation , equipment alignment.


Other Projects: hydro - test and commissioning ,quality management and community relations.


He is currently an Executive director at 365 Energy Tech Solutions Ltd as the team lead for Engineering designs and fabrication.
